2 of the members of the Frey family who have strengthened their "core" in the last couple of months! Wyatt is starting to sit on his own and I am physically rehabilitated!!!!! No more physical therapy. I am so glad I decided not to wait to have surgery and as the Christmas season really gets going, I am feeling good physically and will really be able to enjoy this time of the year.
