School Days!

After school on Tuesday, we went with Henry's friends to take class picture to use as part of a gift for Henry's teacher at the end of the year. 3 years old is not always an easy age for photography. Gather 7 three year olds who have just finished a nap after a busy morning and it is even more interesting. But here it is, Henry's class picture full of 3 year old cuties!!

For the last several weeks, the second graders have been observing the life cycle of a butterfly occur. Caterpillars to chrysalis and finally over the last few days butterflies. Of course, butterflies must fly and yesterday was the big day.

We were invited to watch.

They were SUPOSED to leave them alone and not "stress them out" in their new environment!

Davis had to go back to class to work on his scientific observations for a bit, so we got a little park time on a lovely spring afternoon!

Just when I thought Wy's hair was beginning to cooperate and lay down!

Wy's hair cracks me up. My kids had the same kind of thing going for a while, just not quite to that extent. Its adorable. :)

And that's super neat about them watching the butterfly life cycle! How fun!
