Another Update

This afternoon, I have felt some relief of my pain. Hopefully this will continue.

I spoke with my original Dr this morning and we talked about the second opinion. I also told him about the past few months and if surgery was going to happen anyway, I would like to get it done soon and get this taken care of rather than drag it out. He did not have a high opionion of the Dr I saw yesterday and would prefer to send me to a different surgeon but agreed that having surgery now would be the best option. I am waiting to hear from the new surgeon and hope to meet with him some time next week and we will make a decision then about timing.
