Henry, Meet Fiesta....Fiesta, Meet HENRY!!

The first time Jason told me about Fiesta, I panicked. Never been a fan of chili, we weren't married yet and I was going to have to eat it, like it or not. Turns out, I liked it, and even more surprisingly actually liked Carter's chili. Wheh!! So now, Fiesta is a popular meal in our house as well.
This picture does not do justice to the scene after we had Fiesta a few days ago. Henry kept asking for more because about 50% of what he was getting went into his mouth and the other 50% went into the lap, the shirt, the chair, the floor.
